We adopt a 7-day return policy and all eligible products can be returned for a new product or store credit, which is valid for an year.
You may fill the ‘Exchange & Return’ section found at the bottom of our website or email us at email@example.com within 7-days of buying the product to raise a return request.
*Note: Please make sure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Cash on Delivery, and shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not provide refunds. We offer store credit which is valid for up to one year.
Products not eligible for return/exchange
Products purchased on a discount are not eligible for return/exchange. We mention that the product is 'FINAL SALE' i.e not valid for return/ exchange, below the name of the product on the product page as well.
Customised orders are not eligible for return/exchange as they made specially for you.

For domestic orders: 7 to 10 working days.
